Im Commandos Ammo Pack this game is included, does it work on Windows 10, does it have the cutscenes, and does it have the normal speed?

Completed it last year on Windows 10. Everything works fine.

Will this false image of windows 10 not working ever cease? Like the vast majority of the computer base - look it up, win 10 is the largest OS base, I have yet to see a single item that does not work on windows 10. True some need tweaking, but that happens with every OS ever. Also, yes certain drm components are no longer supported, big whoop, that load of rubbish should never have been allowed in the first place.
Now I can understand that a lot are unhappy about the lack of privacy in win10, and I agree, but the simple fact is is that everything tech wise nowadays is spyware, and connected to spyware, from your kettle upwards!
And yes, M$ do go out of their way to destroy their own products, office, Hotmail, GFWDead etc. but in terms of stability windows 10 is pretty good, true the UI is crap but there is open shell for that. And get one of the privacy scripts to turn all the garbage off, and uninstall all the unwanted bloatware of course.

It works but you need to do a couple of things:-

1. Install DirectPlay (Programs & Settings -> Turn Windows Features on/off -> Legacy Components).

2. If Commandos still crashes with a DX5 error, you may need to rename comandos.exe to commandos.exe (one to two "m"). This solves the problem by amusingly breaking W10 compatibility detection that's making the game incompatible with W10 in the process of trying to improve W10 compatibility. Yeah, I know... ;-)

Edit : And yes, Commandos Beyond The Call of Duty is included, cutscenes are included and GOG seems to have correctly applied the speed patch. There's also a widescreen patch here. It's problematic at +1080p resolutions but it looks and plays great at 1280x720 on widescreen monitors.

OMG,THIS is actually true. I changed the name and it backfires. I don't know if it's an oversight in preparing the installer, but it works.
